SIGMA STRETCH FILM STRETCHES AGAIN
LYNDHURST,NJ: Sigma Stretch Film once again finds itself in the enviable position to expand its stretch film capacity with the purchase of one blown and one cast film stretch line from Davis-Standard, LLC for the company's expanded facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The production lines are slated for a 1st quarter 2009 start up.

"We made our decision based on their reputation and the advanced technology offered by Davis-Standard's converting Systems Group," said Per Nylen, Executive Vice President of Sigma Stretch Film. "We felt we had to advance our machinery technology to be able to enter into new markets and defend our leading position. They have done a very good job of addressing our needs and we are pleased with the depth of their machinery capabilities in both blown and cast film. We appreciate Davis-Standard's willingness and ability to customize."

"We've examined the stretch film market and determined now is an excellent time to position ourselves to meet future growth and customer demands." stated Bob Nocek, President of Sigma Stretch Film.
